I named the company after my horse, “Cookie”. She is featured prominently in my work and she is the reason why I focus on the relationship between the horse and the human. When I take pictures of clients and their horses, my goal is to show the client the true nature of the relationship that they have with their equine partner. Quite often, my clients are not aware of the depth of connection that they have with their horse until they see it in the eyes of their horse, captured in the photograph.
